You can book with Escape Property Management & Vacation Rentals directly through our website by choosing the property and dates you prefer. If you need assistance or have questions before booking, feel free to contact us via phone, email, or our contact form.

Breakfast availability depends on the property. Some accommodations may offer breakfast, while others do not. In all cases, each listing clearly states what is included. Most properties also come with a fully equipped kitchen and are located near local cafes and restaurants.

Standard cleaning is provided every third day (after every 2 nights) for most of our properties. If you would like more frequent cleaning or linen changes, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Fresh towels and bed linens are provided and replaced during scheduled cleanings (if applicable). At properties managed by Escape – Property Management & Vacation Rentals, this is a standard across all listings. For other properties, services may vary, so guests are advised to check the specific listing details for exact arrangements.

Transfer service is not included in all properties. Some accommodations may offer or assist with transfer arrangements, while others do not. At Escape – Property Management & Vacation Rentals, we are always happy to connect guests with trusted local taxi or car rental services when needed.

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the property, and are always clearly stated in each listing. At most properties managed by Escape – Property Management & Vacation Rentals, standard check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Pet policies vary depending on the property. Some accommodations may allow pets, while others do not. Each listing clearly specifies its own pet policy, so guests are kindly advised to check the individual property details before booking.

Yes, many of our homes and apartments are suitable for families. Some offer multiple bedrooms and extra space ideal for children. Please ask us for recommendations based on your family’s needs.

Many of our properties offer beautiful sea views, but not all. Each listing provides clear details about the views and location, so you can choose the one that best suits you.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. If you notice any damage or something not functioning properly, please notify us or the host immediately. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures quick resolution. Costs for repairs or replacements may apply.

Guests are kindly required to contact the host directly for any assistance, check-in arrangements, or support during their stay.
